SMS Terms

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Di-Spatch is software operated by Di-Spatch. Trucking companies that use it ("your carrier") send operational text messages to their own drivers through it. This page explains what drivers can expect.

What messages you receive

Only operational messages about loads assigned to you by your carrier: new-load notices, pickup and delivery check-ins, and reminders. Message frequency varies with your workload and is capped. We never send marketing messages and never share your number for marketing.

How you opt in

Your carrier enters your number and you are first sent one message asking you to reply YES. You receive load messages only after you reply YES. If you are asked by more than one company, include the code shown, for example "YES 1234".

How to stop

Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages sent from that number, for every company that uses it. You may also say so in plain words (for example "do not text me") and we will treat it as STOP. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not charged by us for your replies beyond their plan.
