Last updated: 18 October 2026. These terms apply to drivers ("you") who create a profile with Di-Spatch, run by Di-Spatch, Cambridge, United Kingdom ("we", "us").
A free profile that carriers using Di-Spatch can find and invite you from. We provide software only. We are not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency, we do not vet carriers or promise you a job, and any employment is between you and the carrier.
If you choose "Let carriers find me", carriers see your first name and last initial, city, CDL class, endorsements, experience, equipment, job preference, availability and your "about" text. They do not see your email, phone or surname until you accept their invitation. You can switch visibility off or delete your profile at any time.
That carrier receives your full name, email, phone (if given) and city, and keeps its own hiring file about you under its own privacy practices. Deleting your profile does not delete a carrier's file; ask that carrier.
What you enter must be true. It is self-reported and we do not verify it. A carrier must check your licence, medical certificate, driving record and the other things the law requires itself.
A real employer never charges you to be hired. Look up any carrier at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov before accepting, and do not share licence or bank details before you have confirmed who they are. Report problems to support@di-spatch.space.
You sign in with a link we email you. Anyone with the link can use your profile, so do not forward it. We may remove profiles that break these terms or are misleading.
